Welcome to College Park.

College Park is one of Toronto's oldest and most illustrious buildings. Sitting at the corner of Yonge & College Streets, College Park is a shopping mall and office complex built in the Art Deco style. Commissioned by Eaton's Deapartment Store, the impressive building was built between 1928 and 1930 by Ross and Macdonald, whose claim to fame also includes the Royal York Hotel and Maple Leaf Gardens. This complex, which has been carefully preserved, continues to amaze today.
College Park is comprised of approximately 18,000 square feet of retail space. A slew of high-end boutiques, eclectic stores, and international companies have set up shop in the complex. Residents of The Residences of College Park and AURA at College Park have direct access to Winners, Metro, DeBoers Furniture, Richtree Restaurant, and much more. The underground link to College Park means never having to go far to get what you want.

There is also ample green space nearby at College Park, an open three acre public park with a shimmering fountain in the summer and a staking rink in the winter.
